For the EN Carbon Rail (CRB), seat-post recommendations include: ensuring proper saddle positioning (fig. 1); avoiding sharp edges that could cut and weaken the frame (fig. 2); using jaws shaped to match the saddle frame’s external surface for a broad fit (fig. 3); maintaining a minimum 8 cm² contact area between seat-post and saddle frame; securing jaws onto the frame for at least 32 mm (fig. 3); keeping coupling surfaces symmetrical and parallel (fig. 4); preventing any deformation or damage to the saddle frame caused by the jaws; and, when using a lateral clamp seat-post, selecting jaws compatible with a 7.0 x 9.0 mm carbon fiber saddle frame profile (fig. 5).
