SILCA's 3D-printed titanium derailleur hangers are engineered to deliver greater strength and rigidity to a vital drivetrain component, helping ensure fast, accurate gear changes. Unlike conventional low-grade aluminum hangers that can flex by up to 4 degrees under the force of modern electronic shifting, these hangers maintain superior stability for more precise performance.
Built using advanced 3D modeling and AI-optimized internal structures, SILCA 3DP Hangers are 5–7 times stiffer than standard aluminum versions while also reducing weight by 2–6 grams, depending on the model.
Designed for Shimano Direct Mount systems, the SILCA 3DP Direct Mount Hangers eliminate the need for the direct mount link, delivering 8–12 times greater stiffness and trimming 4–10 grams from the overall assembly.
Already proven in professional racing, SILCA 3DP Hangers contributed to two stage victories at the 2023 Tour de France and have demonstrated their ability to maintain derailleur alignment even after multiple race crashes.
These hangers can be realigned by hand when needed and feature an integrated fracture notch that directs impact forces away from the frame. In severe impacts, the hanger is designed to bend or break below the damage point, helping protect the carbon frame from costly damage.
