SILCA’s 3D-printed titanium derailleur hangers bring exceptional strength and stiffness to a small but critical component responsible for fast, precise shifting. Today’s electronic derailleurs operate with incredible speed and force — enough to cause conventional low-grade aluminum hangers to flex by as much as 4 degrees during shifts, compromising accuracy and responsiveness.
Through advanced 3D modeling and AI-generated structural infill, SILCA 3DP Hangers deliver 2–7 times the stiffness of traditional aluminum designs, depending on the model, while remaining lighter and stronger.
Already proven at the highest level of racing, SILCA 3DP Hangers have been used in multiple World Tour victories, including two stage wins at the 2023 Tour de France, and have demonstrated their ability to maintain precise derailleur alignment even after crashes.
Despite their strength, these hangers are designed with serviceability and frame protection in mind. They can be aligned by hand and incorporate an internal fracture notch engineered to bend or fail at a controlled point below the frame interface — helping protect your carbon frame from damage in the event of a severe impact.
