Squirt SEAL with BeadBlock is an ammonia-free latex solution containing natural microfibres and BeadBlock particles. This combination creates a durable, fortified rubber plug that can seal punctures up to 6mm in size. Additionally, it includes corrosion inhibitors and can be safely used in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +40 °C.
SEAL's mechanism consists of latex, micro-fibers, and BeadBlock™ granules. These three components are suspended in a synthetic latex liquid (ammonia-free) that serves as a base. In the 150ml (5oz) bottle, the BeadBlock granules are already pre-added while the 1 litre and 5 litre sizes require additional addition. When experiencing a sudden change in pressure, such as a puncture, the liquid rubber will quickly solidify around the hole in the tyre. If the hole is not immediately sealed, the microfibers will begin to fill it and the BeadBlock granules, capable of sealing holes with a diameter of up to 6mm, will complete the process.
