The PowerLock D1 is made only for SRAM's 12-speed road chains, built to suit their Flattop design. It goes on without tools and draws on SRAM's long line of tough, lightweight chain engineering.
SRAM approves it for e-bike use, and with 50 in the box you're set for plenty of chain jobs. Just keep it with the road chains: it's not one for the MTB parts bin.
