A 12-speed road cassette for riders on electronic shifting who want wide range and close gear steps.
Usually you have to choose between wide range and tight jumps between gears, but the Red XG-1290 E1 gives you both, and SRAM calls it their lightest, most durable cassette. The tooth jumps are chosen so the right gear is always there, whether you're standing on the pedals up a steep pinch or making small changes to hold a wheel into a sprint.
Shift ramps are designed specifically for electronic shifting, the X-DOME is machined from a single piece of steel to keep weight down, and it's finished in silver. Pick the range that suits your riding, from road racing to all-road.
FEATURES
- Smooth, fast shifting with ramps designed for electronic shifting
- Gradual steps between cogs without giving up range
- 10-tooth smallest cog for a wider gearing range
- One-piece machined steel X-DOME design saves weight
- Fits an XDR driver body
- Runs a 12-speed SRAM Flattop road chain
- Silver finish
