The S500 Eagle AXS Upgrade Kit pairs the wireless S500 AXS rear derailleur with the customisable AXS Pod controller, plus all the bits to install, set up and power it. If you're already running Eagle, you get the AXS experience without buying a whole groupset, and it's a great-value replacement if your current derailleur has finally lost an argument with a rock.
In the box: the derailleur with protector, AXS battery, Pod controller with discrete clamp, Eagle PowerLock, USB-C charger and Chain Gap Tool. There's no cassette included, as the kit builds on the Eagle parts you already run.
