Tannus Armour tire insert provides 360° puncture protection for riders of all levels and disciplines. It effectively guards against sharp objects, sidewall cuts, rim damage, and pinch flats.
Tannus Armour is composed of Aither, a patented multi-cell foam compound that is lightweight, flexible, and highly durable.
The Tannus Armour offers top-notch protection with 15mm of puncture protection on top and 2mm of sidewall protection from sharp objects and rocks. It also provides cushioning upon impact to prevent any contact between the inner tube and rim, eliminating pinch flats. Additionally, the Armour adds extra protection to your rims during intense impacts.
Tannus Armour's sidewall support prevents tyre buckling during fast corners, allowing you to safely run lower tyre pressure compared to standard tubeless set-ups. The installation process is just as quick and easy as replacing a regular tyre and requires no maintenance. Recommended pressure for City/Commuter/Gravel/Touring is 25-30 PSI, and for MTB is 15-20 PSI.
