However, composites alone lack the rigidity needed to properly support bearings. TOKEN's solution nests the bearings in a dedicated alloy shell, then wraps it with composite materials.
This three-layer approach gives bearings a stable foundation while dramatically extending their service life. But TOKEN didn't stop there—the alloy shell extends across both sides and interlocks, creating a unified structure that binds your frame, cranks, and bottom bracket into one exceptionally rigid assembly.
