The foundation is our Fusion technology — a composite of plastic and fibre bonded to an alloy shell. This engineered combination machines precisely and seats firmly in your frame, eliminating the movement and noise that plague standard press fit designs.
Yet composites alone can't adequately support bearings, risking premature wear. Our solution nests the bearings within a solid alloy core, then wraps it with the same plastic and fibre composite. This three-material architecture gives bearings a stable, durable foundation while maintaining the precision fit that stops creaking.
We took it further by extending the alloy shell so both sides lock together, unifying your frame, cranks and bottom bracket into a single rigid structure.
