The Topeak Fixer 3E is a front basket handlebar mounting bracket designed for standard bicycles and eBikes equipped with display units. It accommodates handlebars with diameters of ø22.2, ø25.4, ø28.6, and ø31.8 mm, with shims included for a precise fit.
