The Tangente Platinum Pro Evo Brake Pad is specifically engineered for carbon rims and is not suitable for aluminum surfaces. This redesigned pad offers enhanced speed modulation and dependable stopping power in both wet and dry conditions. It features a 10% larger contact area than its predecessor, boosting maximum braking force. The pad is 1 mm thinner for better clearance with integrated brakes, yet its increased radial height extends durability. This design also disperses heat over a wider rim area, reducing peak temperatures. A new groove pattern improves water evacuation and rim cooling, while a specialized compound withstands the high temperatures generated during intense carbon rim braking.

- New groove design sweeps water off rim for improved wet-weather braking performance and also channels air over rim to improve cooling.
