These White Delrin® derailleur pulleys are precision-machined and equipped with XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid radial bearings to improve shifting smoothness and durability. Engineered for optimal performance, the upper pulley incorporates CN (tight clearance) bearings to ensure precise shifting, while the lower pulley uses C4 (loose clearance) bearings to accommodate chain-line motion effectively.

Manufactured from 500 AF Delrin® material, these pulleys exhibit superior mechanical tensile strength and rigidity. Their natural lubricity, along with high resistance to moisture, caustic chemicals, and UV exposure, ensures exceptional durability and smooth operation. Delrin machines with precision and cleanliness, while its Teflon® infusion significantly reduces friction when in contact with the bicycle chain. Compared to aluminum or titanium pulleys, 500 AF Delrin® with Teflon® delivers markedly lower drag for enhanced efficiency.

Exclusively from Enduro Bearings, the XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings integrate corrosion-resistant, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls through a proprietary process, delivering superior high-performance bearings. Their deep-groove raceways accommodate maximized-size Grade 3 ceramic balls, enhancing contact area for better durability and efficiency. Packed with 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease, these bearings run smoother over time and resist washout by adhering firmly to the balls, continuously drawing grease into the contact zones. Designed to upgrade most 11-speed SRAM derailleurs, the eleven-tooth pulleys feature a 4mm bolt-hole in the upper and 5mm in the lower pulley for optimal fit.
