Enduro Zero Ceramic-Hybrid ABEC-5 radial bearing combines black-oxide treated 52100 high-Carbon chromium alloy races with Grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic Balls. Features ultra-low drag VV dual-lip seals and 90% fill Kluber NBU52 waterproof grease. The Si3N4 Ceramic balls eliminate steel-on-steel contact, reducing wear and extending bearing life. Black oxide/magnetite treatment enhances corrosion resistance. VV seals offer minimal contact for maximum speed, though provide less environmental protection than LLB or LLU seals.
Primarily utilized as a pedal bearing, the Enduro series offers high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and D-15 variants with ceramic or stainless balls. Engineered with deep groove races to maximize ball size, these bearings deliver exceptional performance. All standard models incorporate dual-lip seals positioned in micro-grooves, creating a complete labyrinth system that provides superior environmental protection against contaminants and moisture.
