To clean, wet the bars and grip the interior with rubbing alcohol or window cleaner, then slide the grip onto the bar from the opposite side. Let dry for 24 hours. Cut grips with scissors, utility knife, or pipe cutter, leaving 1/8" extra length. A chunky style is recommended for a seamless shift transition.
Wash grips during bike cleaning or when tackiness fades. Their non-porous nature prevents residue absorption. Use rubbing alcohol, cleaner, or acetone for cleanup.
