KEY FEATURES
- MIPS® EVOLVE CORE — Giro helmets are engineered to reduce energy transfer while meeting and exceeding strict safety standards. Mips® Evolve Core systems are designed to lower rotational forces by integrating a slip-plane layer with the helmet’s adjustable fit system, which Giro says may help reduce the rotational force transmitted to the brain in certain impacts.
- IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION — This process bonds a durable polycarbonate outer shell to an impact-absorbing foam liner, creating a lighter and better-ventilated helmet. The result is improved airflow and reduced weight compared to traditional helmet designs.
- ROC LOC® SPORT FIT SYSTEM — The Roc Loc® Sport system allows easy one-handed adjustment with a 7cm range. It provides a secure, click-style adjustment feel and includes comfort features similar to higher-end systems, along with ponytail compatibility.
- DEEP INTERNAL CHANNELING — Large vents work together with internal airflow channels to direct air across the scalp, improving ventilation and helping keep the rider cool.
