The Syntax MIPS combines European sophistication with enhanced coverage and high-performance protection in an impressively slim profile. The luxurious fit is secured by our highly adjustable Roc Loc 5 Air MIPS system, which lets you customize fit and feel for exceptional stability and all-day comfort while defending against rotational forces during angled impacts. The tough polycarbonate outer shell is permanently fused to the EPS foam liner through In-Mold construction, delivering superior durability and ventilation without unnecessary weight.

- HARDSHELL WITH IN-MOLD HARDBODY™ LOWER WRAP — A two-piece shell construction that combines a durable outer hardshell with a polycarbonate lower shell permanently fused to the liner, providing strong protection while keeping weight to a minimum.
- INTEGRATED MIPS® BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM — Giro helmets are engineered to reduce as much impact energy as possible while meeting and exceeding strict safety standards. Integrated Mips® technology is designed to help reduce rotational forces that may be transferred to the brain during certain impacts.
- ROC LOC 5 AIR MIPS FIT SYSTEM — This advanced fit system enhances comfort, stability, and cooling performance. It slightly suspends the helmet above the head to allow airflow to pass directly over the scalp, improving ventilation. It also allows quick, one-handed adjustments for fit tension and fore-aft tilt for a precise, customised feel.
- WIND TUNNEL VENTILATION — Giro’s proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system uses a combination of active vents and internal exhaust channels to draw in cool air and push out heat and stale air. This creates highly effective airflow and noticeable cooling while riding.
