The Shimano XTR BR-M9100 Disc Brake is the flagship XC brake from Shimano. With its legendary XTR status, these brakes deliver improvements over the previous generation. They are lighter in weight yet they offer incredible brake rigidity and control. The new lever design moved the brake clamp position inboard which creates another point of contact for the bar and lever that offers increased efficiency and control. It does all this whilst reducing its footprint on the cockpit. The 1-piece aluminium caliper has also had a weight reduction and delivers an improved linear braking response.

The brake line is capped and the lever plugged and the olive is shipped inside the brake lever. If you don't need to trim your brake lines you can reattach the brake line without the need to bleed your brakes.
