The Zonda C17 features different spoke counts between the front and rear wheels. The front wheel incorporates 16 aero steel spokes to reduce weight, while the rear wheel uses the same spokes but with 21 arranged in a 2:1 ratio on the drive side to enhance stiffness. Additionally, Campagnolo has increased the internal rim width on this model, optimizing it for 25mm and 28mm tires. Using a wider tire improves ride comfort and cornering grip, while also allowing the tire profile to cut through the air more aerodynamically.
