This ABEC-3 bearing has a double-row, deep-groove design with 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races and grade 10 balls. Its double-row design effectively decreases axle flex in the rear hub, suspension linkage, or BB spindle, while also doubling the bearing contact area. Additionally, the bearing is equipped with LLB seals, 90% fill of high pressure water proof grease, and is able to withstand daily use and exposure to the elements.
This bearing is used in Zipp hubs, and some older Isis BBs.
The Enduro series of bearings are offered in a range of materials including high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are meticulously designed with deep groove races to allow for larger balls and include dual-lip seals that fit into a micro-groove, creating a complete labyrinth for optimal protection against external factors.
