Ingredients
Ingredients: Cluster Dextrin™, Fructose, Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate, Calcium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
How to Take
Directions: Mix contents of sachet with 250ml of water and shake well. Add an additional 200ml - 500ml of water and shake well. Let sit for 10 minutes before use. Race Fuel can be mixed to your preferred consistency, however we recommend 750ml. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
Recommended Use
Consume 450ml - 750ml per hour during extended exercise
